Every year, A Child’s Smile organizes a dream trip to Miami–Orlando for children with cancer and their families—a once-in-a-lifetime experience that fulfills the dream of visiting Disney and Universal theme parks. After a long and challenging period of treatments, they finally get to experience life beyond the hospital walls. According to many medical experts, the bond between body and soul—between emotional well-being and physical strength—is vital to healing and recovery. Our goal is simple: to light the dark path that these children and their families walk, and to fill it with moments of joy, hope, and dreams come true.

The annual trips and events for children with cancer, individuals with disabilities, and their families are at the heart of our mission at "A Child's Smile". We aim to give these children a chance to forget the treatments and the hardships they face—even for a moment—and simply enjoy life together with their families and friends, just like any other child. To create a worry-free space, filled with joy, excitement, and happiness.
